We have established a strong relationship with various banks, Fannie and Freddie originators, Wall Street lending institutions, REITs, private equity firms, and insurance agencies. While our primary focus is on New York Metropolitan and the tri-state region, we have successfully advised on deals nationwide.

With our long term experience and knowledge of the industry, we work closely with our lenders and borrowers in achieving maximum results. Our success is not only attributed to obtaining conventional loans but, also, in structuring the financing according to the borrower’s goals. This includes negotiating the maximum dollars with below market interest rates while reducing the prepayment schedules on a new mortgage or refinance.

As financing specialists, we represent our borrowers and not the lenders. In contrast to our competitors, we are not owned by any banks or lending institutions. This enables us to be completely transparent and grants our clients the confidence that they are receiving the best financial deal.
